Phoenix Stage & Screen Festival — Art Vendor Submission

Thank you for your interest in vending at the inaugural Phoenix Stage & Screen Festival, taking place Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Pioneer Arizona Living History Museum in Phoenix, Arizona. The festival will feature theatre, film, music, comedy, and multidisciplinary performance, along with local artists and makers. Vendors bring their own setup. The festival does not provide tables, chairs, tents, displays, or other booth furniture. Power can be provided upon request. It is not included automatically. All submissions are due November 11, 2026. Completing this questionnaire does not guarantee a booth. Selected applicants will receive additional information regarding booth placement, participation terms, and event-day logistics.
